ATXMEGA128A1U-AU

The ATXMEGA128A1U-AU is a low power, high performance AVR XMEGA 8bit/16bit microcontroller in 100 pin TQFP package. This device achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz by executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle. This allows system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed. This device provides four channel DMA controller, eight channel event system and programmable multilevel interrupt controller, 16bit real time counter (RTC), eight flexible, 16bit timer/counters with compare and PWM channels.
