MCP4131-103E/P

The MCP4131-103E/P is a 7-bit (129 wiper steps) non-volatile Digital Potentiometer with volatile memory, programmed/reprogrammed through an SPI compatible interface. It features zero to full-scale wiper operation. It supports split rail applications.

• 128 Resistors with taps to VSS and VDD
• SPI compatible interface
• <lt/>100ppm Typical absolute (rheostat)
• <lt/>10ppm Typical ratiometric (potentiometer) low tempco
• 100Ω Typical low wiper resistance
• Resistor network terminal disconnect
• Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical)
• Serial interface inactive current (2.5μA typical)
• High-voltage tolerant digital inputs up to 12.5V
• Supports split rail applications
• Internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs
