MRF24J40MD-I/RM

The MRF24J40MD-I/RM is a 2.4GHz RF Transceiver Module. IEEE standard 802.15.4™ compliant RF transceiver module intended for longer range applications. The MRF24J40MD-I/RM transceiver module has an integrated PCB antenna, matching circuitry, supports the ZigBee®, MiWi™ and MiWi P2P protocols. The transceiver module connects to hundreds of PIC® microcontrollers via a 4-wire SPI interface.
