The PIC17C43-16/P is a 8-bit powerful (121 nanosecond instruction execution) yet easy-to-program (only 58 single word instructions) CMOS one time programmable (OTP) based Microcontroller packs powerful PIC®(RISC) architecture with up to 8.25 MIPS of processing power. This product offer all of the advantages of the well recognized high-performance x16 architecture with standardized features including 8kB of addressable program memory size, 454bytes of data memory size and 33 general-purpose I/O pins. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 16MHz wide operating voltage of 2.5 to 6V.
