TC7660HEOA

The TC7660HEOA is a high frequency charge-pump DC-to-DC Voltage Converter. It converts a 1.5 to 10V input to a corresponding -1.5 to -10V output using only two capacitors, eliminating inductors and its associated size and EMI. It is a pin-compatible, high frequency upgrade to the Industry standard TC7660 charge-pump voltage converter. The TC7660H operates at a frequency of 120kHz, allowing the use of 1µF external capacitors. Oscillator frequency can be reduced by connecting an external capacitor from OSC to ground.
