EVM3690-30A-BF-00A evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPM3690-30A, a fully integrated, high efficiency, synchronous, dual 18A output current, step-down power module. The MPM3690-30A adopts internally compensated constant-on-time (COT) control to provide fast transient response and ease loop stabilization. The operating frequency can be set between 400kHz to 1MHz by connecting a resistor between fSET and AGND.

• Input voltage range (VIN) from 3.2V to 16V
• Output voltage (VOUT) of 1.2V at VIN = 3.2V to 16V, IOUT = 0A to 18A
• Maximum output current (IOUT) of 18A at VIN = 3.2V to 16V, VOUT = 1.2V
• 91.28% full load efficiency at VIN=12V/VOUT=1.2V/IOUT=18A/fSW=500KHz (only one channel is working)
• Peak efficiency of 92.96% at VIN=12V, VOUT=1.2V, IOU =10A, fSW=500KHz (only one channel is working)
• Default switching frequency of 500kHz
