The IRLML0100 is a high-efficiency, logic-level N-channel MOSFET designed for compact, high-performance switching applications. Featuring ultra-low R DS(on), fast switching performance, and a low gate threshold voltage, it is ideally suited for use in load switching, power management, DC-DC converters, and battery-powered devices. Packaged in a space-saving SOT-23 footprint, the IRLML0100 offers superior thermal and electrical performance for space-constrained applications.
