MBR840

The MBR840 is a 2-pin 40V Schottky Barrier Rectifier, using the principle with a molybdenum barrier metal. This state-of-art geometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification or as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes.
