The IP4252CZ16-8-TTL is a 12-chanel RC low-pass Filter ESD Protection Diode Array designed to provide filtering of undesired RF signals on the I/O ports of portable communication or computing devices. It incorporates diodes to provide protection to downstream components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) voltages as high as ±30kV. The device is fabricated using monolithic silicon technology and integrates up to 8 resistors and 16 diodes in a 0.4mm pitch. It is suitable for general-purpose electro-magnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) filtering and downstream ESD protection.

• ESD protection to ±30kV contact discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2 far exceeding level 4
• 40Ω Channel series resistance, 12pF at 2.5VDC channel capacitance
