The PMEG3050BEP is a planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection and high power capability due to clip-bond technology. The low VF Schottky rectifier offer extremely low forward voltage drop during operation, resulting in high efficiency and reduced heat generation. Suitable for high efficiency DC to DC conversion and reverse polarity protection applications.
