PN5321A3HN/C106;55

The PN5321A3HN/C106;55 is a NFC (Near Field Communication) controller in 40 pin HVQFN package. This is an integrated transceiver for contactless communication at 13.56MHz based on 80C51 microcontroller core. This device supports six different operating modes such as ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE reader/writer, FeliCa reader/writer, ISO/IEC 14443B reader/writer, ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE card MIFARE classic 1K or classic 4K card emulation mode, FeliCa card emulation, ISO/IEC 18092, ECMA 340 peer to peer. The PN532 transceiver can be connected to an external antenna for Reader/Writer or card/PICC modes without any additional active component. It supports SPI, I2C and high speed UART (HSU) interfaces. An embedded LDO allows device to be connected directly to battery and power switch is included to supply power to a secure IC.
