S9S12ZVL32AMLC is a S12 MagniV mixed-signal MCU that offers a low-cost, highly integrated solution for space-constrained automotive LIN nodes. The S12ZVL integrates a sophisticated S12Z core with a 12V to 5V voltage regulator and a LIN physical layer transceiver for automotive and industrial applications such as sensor interfaces, actuators, switch panels, or ambient lighting. It includes error correction code (ECC) on RAM, FLASH and EEPROM for diagnostic or data storage, a fast analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), and a frequency modulated phase locked loop (IPLL) that improves the EMC performance. It delivers an optimized solution with the integration of several key system components into a single device, optimizing system architecture and achieving significant space savings.
