The 1N5360BG is a Surmetic™ 40 axial-leaded Zener Voltage Regulator with void-free transfer-moulded thermosetting plastic case, all external surfaces are corrosion-resistant and leads are readily solderable finish and cathode indicated by polarity band. This is a complete series of 5W Zener diode with tight limits and better operating characteristics that reflect the superior capabilities of silicon-oxide passivated junctions.
