CAT24AA02TDI-GT3

The CAT24AA02TDI-GT3 is a 2KB I2C CMOS serial EEPROM in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is internally organized as 256 x 8bits. The device features 16byte page write buffer and supports standard (100KHz), fast (400KHz) and fast-plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. In contrast to the CAT24C02, the CAT24AA02 has no external address pins and it is therefore suitable in applications that require a single CAT24AA02 device on the I2C bus. It incorporates power−on reset (POR) circuitry which protects internal logic against powering up in wrong state. The device will power up into standby mode after VCC exceeds POR trigger level and will power down into reset mode when VCC drops below the POR trigger level.
