The MC100EL01DG is a 4-input OR/NOR Gate, the device is functionally equivalent to the E101 device with higher performance capabilities. With propagation delays and output transition times significantly faster than the E101, the EL01 is ideally suited for those applications which require the ultimate in AC performance. The device contains temperature compensation.
- 230ps Propagation delay
- ESD protection - <gt/>1kV Human body model, <gt/>100V Machine model
- PECL mode operating range - VCC = 4.2V to 5.7V with VEE = 0V
- NECL mode operating range - VCC = 0V with VEE = -4.2V to -5.7V
- Internal input pull-down resistors
- Meets or exceeds JEDEC Spec EIA/JESD78 IC latch up test
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
- Transistor count - 46 devices
