MC33269DT-3.3G is a voltage regulator with adjustable output and low dropout. It is a low dropout, medium current, fixed and adjustable, positive voltage regulator, specifically designed for use in low input voltage applications. This device offers the circuit designer an economical solution for precision voltage regulation while keeping power losses to a minimum. The regulator consists of a 1.0V dropout composite PNP-NPN pass transistor, current limiting, and thermal shutdown.

• Thermal protection, short circuit protection, output trimmed to 1.0% tolerance
• Quiescent current (fixed output) is 5.5mA typ (1.5V ≤ Vout ≤ 3.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Output voltage is 3.3V typ (Iout = 10 mA, TA = 25°C)
• Reference voltage for adjustable voltage range from 1.235 to 1.265V (TA = 25°C)
• Line regulation is 0.3% max (Iout = 10mA, Vin = [Vout + 1.5V] to Vin = 20V, TA = 25°C)
• Dropout voltage is 1.0V typ (Iout = 500mA, TA = 25°C)
• Minimum required load current is 8.0mA (adjustable voltage, TA = 25°C)
• Adjustment pin current is 120µA min (CO = 10µF, TA = 25°C)
• DPAK package, operating ambient temperature range from -40 to +125°C
