The MUR1620CTRG is a switch-mode common cathode Power Rectifier with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The power rectifier features exhibits soft recovery characteristics and high temperature glass passivated junction.

- 45°C/W Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance
- Epoxy meets UL94V-0
