The MURS110T3G is a surface-mount ultra-fast Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. It is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface-mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.

- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable
- Small compact surface-mountable package with j-bend leads
