MURS160T3G is a power rectifier with ultra-fast recovery. Ideally suited for high voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
- Small compact surface mountable package with J-bend leads
- Rectangular package for automated handling
- High temperature glass passivated junction
- Epoxy, moulded case
- All external surfaces corrosion resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish
- Polarity Band Indicates Cathode Lead
- ESD Rating Human Body Model = 3B (<gt/> 8kV), charged Device Model <gt/> 1000V
- Thermal resistance is 13°C/W (Junction-to-Lead (TL = 25°C)
- Maximum forward recovery time is 25ns (iF = 1.0A, di/dt = 100A/s, Rec. to 1.0V)
- SMB package, operating junction temperature range from -65 to +175°C
