The FDC6330L is an integrated load switch in 6 pin SSOT package. This load switch integrates a small N channel power MOSFET (Q1) which drives large P channel power MOSFET (Q2).
- Input voltage range from 3V to 20V
- Load current of 2.3A (continuous) and 10A (pulsed)
- Control MOSFET (Q1) includes zener protection for ESD ruggedness (<gt/>6KV human body model)
- High performance PowerTrench technology for extremely low on-resistance
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
- Static on-resistance of (Ron) 0.054ohm at Vgs=-12V and ID=-2.3A
- Maximum power dissipation of 0.7W
