The FSBB30CH60C is a Motion SPM 3 series smart power module. SPM 3 series features 3 phase IGBT Inverter with high performance inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC and PMSM motors. This module is integrated with optimized gate drive of the internal IGBT's to minimize EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference). This module is designed with inbuilt HVIC (High Voltage Integrated Circuit) to translate the incoming logic level gate inputs of high voltage, high current drive signals for internal IGBTs. It is protected with under voltage lockouts, overcurrent shutdown and fault reporting.
