FUSB301ATMX

FUSB301ATMX is an autonomous USB Type-C controller with a configurable I2C address. It is a fully autonomous Type-C controller optimized for <lt/>15W applications. It offers CC logic detection for source mode, sink mode, DRP, accessory detection support, and dead battery support. It features a configurable I2C address to support multiple ports per system. It features an extremely low power disable mode as well as low power during normal operation. The applications include smartphones and tablets.

• Supply voltage range from 2.8 to 5.5V
• Disabled current is 0.35µA typ (TA = -40 to +85°C, disabled state)
• DRP mode with optional accessory support, configurable I2C address
• Capable of Supporting Try.SNK and Try.SRC
• Dead Battery Support (SINK Support when No Power Applied)
• 2KV HBM ESD protection
• Output low voltage is 0.4V max (IOL = 4mA, TA = -40 to +85°C
• Unattached sink is 3.5µA typ (nothing attached, TA = -40 to +85°C)
• 12 lead TMLP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
