6303 is a 4-wire kelvin probe set with double banana plug leads compatible with Hewlett-Packard, Keithley and most 4 wire test instruments with double banana jack inputs. Four wire measurement using the Kelvin probe reduces the voltage drop in test leads that cause measurement inaccuracies making them excellent for resistance measurement below 1 ohm.

• Single probe tip is ideal for testing surface mount and small components
• Probe tips and banana plugs are gold plated Beryllium Copper for low contact resistance
