The MAGIC GEL 300 from Raytech is an insulating and sealing polymeric fluid with fast cross linking at room temperature. This insulating fluid is used for filling of closures, boxes and terminal blocks.
- For installations up to 1kV
- Re-enterable
- No shelf life - even after bottle has been open
- Suitable for high temperatures
- IP68 in suitable casings
- Even suitable for high depths under water
- Di-electric strength <gt/> 23kV/mm
- Cross linking time: Fast (10mins at 23°C)
- Volume resistivity: <gt/>2.10¹⁵Ωcm
- Overload temperature for short periods: Up to 250°C
- Mould & UV resistant
- Non-toxic: Requires no hazard labelling
- Suitable for installation in salt water (sea) and in chlorinated water (pools)
