R7FA2E3073CFL#AA0 is an ultra-low power microcontroller. It has a 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, 12bit A/D converter, and safety features. The MCU integrates multiple series of software- and pin-compatible Arm®-based 32-bit cores that share a common set of Renesas peripherals to facilitate design scalability. The application includes general purpose, IoT devices, industrial automation, industrial sensors, consumer applications, home appliances, building automation, medical and healthcare, wearable devices.
