BD16852EFV-CE2 is a three-phase brushless motor driver power DMOS FET built in for automotive. This automotive motor driver series is mounted with a 120° commutation sensorless drive which does not require a hall device as a location detection sensor. All output protections have a self-diagnostic function and a self-recovery function, and it can simplify the system configuration. Also, each output protection state can be judged easily by the protect alarm signal output function. It improves the traceability of the set. Typical applications are automotive pump, fan motor, etc.
- SMD package with heat sink, built in driver to power DMOS FET
- DC voltage input variable speed control, quick start
- Start-up torque support, 3 mode lead angle selection
- AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified
- Current limit, soft start, rotation pulse signal output
- Output protection alarm signal output, under voltage lock out
- Output protection (motor lock (low speed, high speed), over current, over voltage, thermal shutdown)
- Operating supply voltage range from 5.5V to 18V
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to +150°C
- Sum of high side and low side of motor drive output ON-resistance is 0.4ohm (typ)
