The BD52xx series free delay time setting Voltage Detector IC with N-channel open-drain output. The highly accurate low-current voltage detector IC has capacitor-controlled time delay. The device is available for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.3 to 6V in increments of 0.1V.

- Low reset active state
- 0.95µA Typical Ultra-low current consumption
- ±1% High detection voltage accuracy
