BD62110JEFJ-E2 is a 36V 1ch DC brush motor driver. This is a built-in 1-channel H-bridge motor driver for DC brush motors. This driver can facilitate low power consumption by direct PWM. There are built in protection circuits in this IC. Each protection circuit operation contributes to set high reliability. It includes over-current protection circuit, under voltage lock out circuit, over voltage lock out circuit. Application includes plain paper copier (PPC), multi-function printer, laser printer, inkjet printer, photo printer, FAX, mini printer and etc.
- HTSOP-J8 package, operating temperature range from -25 to +85°C
- Power supply voltage range from 8 to 28V, rated output current is 1A
- Rated output current (peak) is 2A, single power supply input (rated voltage of 36V)
- Output ON-resistance is 1.8ohm (typical)
- Low ON-resistance DMOS output, production line B
- Forward, reverse, brake, open
- External PWM control
- Driver for DC brush motor, built-in logic input pull-down resistor
- Cross-conduction prevention circuit, ghost supply prevention
- Adjacent pins short protection, inverted mounting protection
