LMR342FVT-GE2 is a low supply current output full swing dual CMOS operational amplifier. This input ground sense, output full swing operational amplifier features low operating supply voltage, low supply current and low input bias current. It is suitable for sensor amplifier, battery-powered electronic equipment, battery monitoring and audio pre-amps for voice. Applications includes sensor amplifier, battery monitoring, battery-powered electronic equipment, audio pre-amps for voice, active filter, buffer and consumer electronics.
- Operating supply voltage (single supply) range from +2.7V to +5.5V
- Supply current (VDD=2.7V, TA=25°C) is 200µA typical
- Large single voltage gain of 103dB typical at RL=2Kohm, VRL=VDD/2, 25°C
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, TSSOP-B8 package
- Input offset voltage (TA=25°C) of 4mV maximum
- Input bias current of 1pA typical and input offset current of 1pA typical at TA=25°C
- Turn on time from shutdown is 2µS typical
- Gain bandwidth of 2MHz typical (CL=200pF, RL=100Kohm, AV=40dB, f=100KHz, 25°C)
