LMR934 is a quad channel, input/output full swing operational amplifier. This device features of low operating supply voltage, low supply current and low input bias current. It is suitable for portable equipment and battery monitoring. It is widely used in application such as portable equipment, low voltage application, active filter, supply-current monitoring, battery monitoring etc.
- Operating supply voltage range is 1.8V to +5V
- Voltage gain (VDD=5V, RL=600 ohm) is 101dB typical
- Turn on time from shutdown is 19μs typical
- Input offset voltage is 5.5mV maximum
- Input bias current is 5nA typical
- Input/output full swing, high large signal voltage gain
- Low input bias current, low supply current, low input offset voltage
- Slew rate is 0.35V/μs typ at (CL=25pF)
- Gain bandwidth is 1.4MHz typ at (CL=25pF, AV=40dB f=100KHz)
