TLR4377YFV-CE2 is an automotive high precision and input/output rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier. It features low input offset voltage, low noise and low input bias current. It is suitable for automotive requirements such as engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system, sensor amplifier, and so on. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), automotive electronics, sensor amplifiers, battery-powered equipment, current monitoring amplifier, ADC front ends, buffer amplifier, photodiode amplifier, amplifiers.
- SSOP-B14 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 1.7μV input offset voltage (typ), input-referred noise voltage density is 20nV/√Hz (typ, f is 10Hz)
- VSS to VDD common-mode input voltage range, 0.5pA input bias current
- Operating supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V (single supply)
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
