SHT21

The SHT21 is a standard version humidity and temperature sensor IC in 6 pin DFN package. It has become an industry standard in terms of form factor and intelligence. This device provides calibrated, linearized sensor signals in digital I2C format. The SHT21 sensor contains capacitive type humidity sensor, band gap temperature sensor and specialized analogue and digital integrated circuit on a single CMOSens chip.
