EFM32HG108F64G-C-QFN24 is a USB-enabled ARM Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller (MCU) with speeds up to 25MHz. Built on top of a low-power platform that includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times, and energy saving modes, this is ideal for energy sensitive applications. In addition, this device includes 64KB flash, 8KB RAM, 17 Dig I/O Pins, 3 x 16bit timers, and multiple communication interfaces. It also features autonomous peripherals, high overall chip and analogue integration, and the performance of the industry standard 32bit ARM CortexM0+ processor, making it perfect for battery-powered systems and systems with high performance, low-energy requirements.
