LCLCL-2M-OM5-FIBER is an OM5 LC/LC multimode duplex fibre optic patch cable that facilitates reliable connectivity across 40 and 100G networks. It supports SWDM (Shortwave Wavelength Division Multiplexing) across an extended wavelength range of 850-953nm VCSEL, enhancing signal quality and performance capacity over OM4 cables. The bend-insensitive fibre and moulded strain reliefs support cable runs requiring micro/macro bends while maintaining low attenuation. The OM5 patch cable is ideal for 850-953nm VCSEL and 1300nm LED sources. It is backward compatible with 50/125 fibre equipment, ensuring a reliable connection with legacy LANs. It is housed in an LSZH (Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen) flame-retardant jacket. This MM fibre optic cable ensures minimal smoke, toxicity, and corrosion when exposed to extreme sources of heat or in the event of a fire. This OM5 fibre patch cable is backed for life, including free lifetime multi-lingual technical assistance.
