Single Mode simplex fibre optic patch cable that supports bi-directional transmission over a single fibre, ideal for installations that are limited in space. This OS2 cable is optimised for 40-100 Gigabit networks and supports Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM). The cable is housed in a Low Smoke, Zero Halogen rated flame-retardant jacket for safer installations and environments that require certified cables.
- 9/125µm Simplex LC to LC (UPC) OS2 specification
- Support bi-directional transmission over a single fibre (BiDi)
- Immune to EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)
- Optimised for 40-100 Gigabit networks, backwards compatible with OS1
- Supports CWDM across an extended wavelength range of 1260-1625nm
- Tested to meet or exceed ITU-T G652.D/G657.A1 and IEC60703-2-50 type B1.3/B6.a1 industry standards for guaranteed performance
- Low smoke, zero halogen rated cable jacket
- Aramid-reinforced cable jacket with loaded bend radius of 10mm
