L6395DTR is a high voltage and low-side driver. It is manufactured with the BCD™ offline technology. It is a single chip high and low-side gate driver for N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs. The high-side (floating) section is designed to stand a voltage upto 600V. The logic inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible down to 3.3V for the easy interfacing microcontroller/DSP. This driver is ideal for applications such as motor driver for home appliances, factory automation, industrial drives and fans etc.
- dV/dt immunity ± 50V/ns in full temperature range
- Driver current capability is 290mA for source and 430mA for sink
- Switching times 75/35ns rise/fall with 1nF load
- Integrated bootstrap diode, case style is SO-8
- Compact and simplified layout
- Bill of material reduction

- Flexible, easy and fast design
- Supply voltage is 10V to 20V
- Junction temperature is -40°C to +125°C
