LM2903BYDT

LM2903BYDT is a LM2903B consists of two independent low-power dual voltage comparator designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. It is fully specified at 5V and 36V supply voltage operation, however operation from split power supplies is also possible. In addition, the device has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative rail even though operated from a single power supply voltage. Application includes level shifters, sampling circuits, peak and zero crossing detectors, threshold detectors automotive.

• SO-8 package (AEC Q100 and Q003 or equivalent), operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
• Wide single supply voltage range or dual supplies +2V to +36V or ±1V to ±18V
• Very low supply current 0.5mA typical, essentially independent of supply voltage
• Typical low input bias current is 20nA, typical low input offset current is ±5nA
• Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
• Typical low output saturation voltage is 250mV(Iout = 4 mA)
• Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
• TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
