LM2903BYST

LM2903BYST is a low-power dual voltage comparator. It consists of two independent low-power voltage comparators designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. It is fully specified at 5V and 36V supply voltage operation, however operation from dual power supplies is also possible. The B-grade version offers an increased maximum operating voltage of 40V and improved electrical characteristics. Typical applications are level shifters, sampling circuits, peak and zero crossing detectors, threshold detectors, automotive.

• Very low supply current 0.5mA typical, essentially independent of supply voltage
• Low input bias current is 20nA typical
• Low input offset current is ±5nA typical
• Input common-mode voltage range includes negative rail
• Low output saturation voltage is 250mV typical (Iout = 4mA)
