The M95256-WMN6P is a 256kb standard serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory (EEPROM) with high-speed clock. The serial EEPROM is the most flexible type of non-volatile memory. For very heavy cycling requirements with many parameters and high temperatures, EEPROM is the ideal product for your parameter storage needs. It is organized as 32768 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus.
- Compatible with serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Write protect - quarter, half or whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD protection
