This IGBT utilizes the advanced PowerMESH™ process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behaviour.

- Lower CRES/CIES ratio (no cross-conduction susceptibility)
- Very soft ultra fast recovery antiparallel diode
