STISO621WTR is a dual-channel digital isolator based on the ST thick oxide galvanic isolation technology. This device provides two independent channels in opposite directions with Schmitt trigger input, providing robustness to noise and high-speed input/output switching time. It is used in applications such as optocoupler replacement in industrial applications, industrial field bus isolation, battery monitor and motor drive, and size-critical multichannel isolation.

• UL1577 certified, supply current is 2mA maximum
• Maximum data rate is 100Mbps minimum at (VIH = 5V)
• Output rise time is 2ns typical at (CL = 15pF)
• Pulse width distortion is 3ns maximum at (VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
• VDDX off hysteresis is 0.1V maximum at (VDDX falling from 5V)
• Output impedance is 50 ohm typical at (VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
