The STPS30L30CG-TR is a low drop Power Schottky Rectifier featuring extremely fast switching, low thermal resistance and negligible switching losses. This dual centre tap Schottky rectifier is suited for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is packaged in TO- D²PAK intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications.
