The STPS60170CT from STMicroelectronic is through hole high voltage power schottky rectifier in TO-220AB. This rectifier features with high junction temperature capability, low leakage current, low thermal resistance, high frequency operations. Dual centre tab in this rectifier is suited for high frequency switched mode power supplies.

- Avalanche capability specified
- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 170V
- Non repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 270A at tp 10ms
- Forward current If(AV) of 30A at Tc 150°C per diode
- Maximum forward voltage VF of 940mV at IF 30A and 1.05V at IF 60A and Tj 25°C
- Operating junction temperature of 175°C
