The STPS6M100DEE-TR is a Power Schottky Rectifier featuring extremely fast switching and high junction temperature capability. It is suited for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. This device is packaged in PowerFLAT™ intended to be use in low voltage, high frequency, inverters, freewheeling, by-pass diode and polarity protection applications. Its low profile was especially designed to be used in applications with space-saving constraints.
