TS3021HIYLT

TS3021HIYLT is a single comparator that features high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. With a supply voltage specified from 2V to 5V. This comparator offers micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. It is used in applications such as automotive, telecom, instrumentation, signal conditioning, high-speed sampling systems, and portable communication systems.
