TS431BILT is a low-voltage, adjustable shunt voltage reference. The TS431 is able to operate at a lower voltage (1.24V) and lower cathode current than the widely used TL431 and TL1431 shunt voltage reference. When driving an optocoupler, the TS431 is particularly suitable for regulating 3.3V switching power supplies.
- Low voltage range from 1.24 to 6V
- 1.246V max output voltage
- 160nA max reference input current at Ik = 10mA
- Typically stable for any capacitive loads
- ESD protection: human body model: 2KV and machine model: 200V
- 100ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- 0.4ohm max static impedance
- 0.5% voltage precision
- 5 lead SOT23 package
- Temperature range from -40 to 125°C
