VN340SP-33-E

VN340SP-33-E is a quad high-side smart power solid-state relay. It is a monolithic relay intended to drive four independent resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. Active current limitation prevents dropping of the system power supply in case of short load. This relay has built-in thermal shutdown which protects the chip from over temperature and short-circuit. The open drain diagnostic output indicates over temperature conditions. Each I/O is pulled down when the over temperature condition of the relative channel is verified.
