1.5KE16CA

The 1.5KE16CA from Taiwan Semiconductor is a 1.5KE series bidirectional transient voltage suppressor in DO-201 package. It has excellent clamping capability and low dynamic impedance. The leads are pure tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.

• Peak power dissipation of 1500W at TA = 25°C, TP = 1ms and nominal voltage of 16V
• Peak forward surge current (Ifsm) of 200A (8.3ms single half sine wave super imposed on rated load)

• Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +175°C
• Stand-off voltage of 12.9V and maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA
