The GBPC2510W from Taiwan Semiconductor is a glass passivated bridge rectifier with wire structure. The rectifier bridge consists of four silicon junctions connected as a full bridge. Integrally moulded heat sink provide very low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation.
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage Vrrm is 1000V
- Maximum RMS voltage is 700V
- Maximum DC blocking voltage is 1000V
- Maximum average forward rectified current I (AV) is 25A
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
- High surge current capability
- Maximum instantaneous forward voltage drop per element at 12.5A VF is 1.1V
- Maximum reverse current at rated VR, TJ=25°C is 5μA
- UL recognized file number E-3262430
- Matte tin plated leads, solderable per JESD22-B102
