SMAJ58A

The SMAJ58A from Taiwan Semiconductor is a SMAJ series unidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AC package. It has low profile package, excellent clamping capability and glass passivated junction. This transient voltage suppressor is ideal for automated placement. The leads are matte tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.

• Breakdown voltage of 64.4V (minimum), 71.2V (maximum) and test current of 1mA
• Maximum clamping voltage of 93.6V at Ippm and maximum peak pulse surge current of 4.3A
• Maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 3.5V at 25A
